This policy outlines the terms under which you can cancel or seek a refund for services and products purchased through RHOPE.IN.

1. Appointment Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations for online consultations are only allowed if requested at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
If a cancellation request is made within 3 hours of the appointment, it will not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to either the user’s wallet or the original payment method as per the user’s preference.

2. Service Issues & Rescheduling
If an appointment is not conducted as scheduled due to technical issues or professional unavailability, users may request a reschedule or refund.
Refunds will be provided only after verification by our support team.

3. Medication Orders
Orders for prescribed medications cannot be cancelled once confirmed.
A refund or replacement will be considered only if the medication delivered is incorrect, damaged, or defective.
Any such issues must be reported to our customer support team within 24 hours of receiving the order.

4. Product Issues & Quality Concerns
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, you must report the issue within 1 day of receipt.
Our support team will assess the issue before approving a refund or replacement.

5. Refund Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method and immediately to the user's wallet.
